Professional Embroidery Equipment

We use both a double-head embroidery machine and a single-head embroidery machine, allowing us to create detailed embroidered designs on crewnecks, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, beanies, bags, and more. This setup helps us efficiently handle both personalized orders and larger custom batches while maintaining high-quality stitching and clean finishes.

Commercial Heat Press Technology

Our highly rated commercial heat press ensures every design is professionally applied with the proper temperature, pressure, and timing. This creates long-lasting graphics with a smooth, durable finish that holds up wear after wear.

Premium DTF Transfers

We use top-of-the-line DTF (Direct to Film) transfers for our graphic apparel. This printing method allows for vibrant colors, crisp detail, and soft-feel designs that work beautifully on a wide variety of fabrics and apparel styles. Also, our top of the line prints look and feel vastly different from your generic buyer - some don't even notice the feel of them! 

In-House Sublimation Printing

With our own sublimation printing equipment, we’re able to produce custom in-house prints with vivid colors and permanent designs that won’t crack or peel. Sublimation is perfect for achieving a softer vintage-style finish on many of our apparel pieces.

Laser Technology for Custom Details

We also utilize laser engraving technology for etched patch designs and specialty customization. This allows us to add unique textures, intricate details, and elevated finishing touches to select hats, patches, and accessories.

Professional Hat Press

Our dedicated hat press allows us to professionally apply patches and custom designs to hats and beanies with a clean, secure finish designed specifically for curved surfaces.
